03 — SESSION INFORMATION

What to Expect from a Kaleno Advisory Session

Sessions are structured conversations of approximately ninety minutes, conducted in person at the South Jakarta studio or by remote video. Prior to the session, each individual completes a brief written overview covering his current daily routine, nutritional habits, movement practice, sleep patterns, and primary self-care priorities.

The session draws on this overview to identify the highest-leverage areas for adjustment and to co-develop a realistic daily self-care framework. The framework is not prescriptive. It is a structured starting point — something to work from, adjust, and refine over the weeks that follow.

A written summary of the session is provided within 48 hours, including the key observations, the adjustment framework agreed, and any specific resources or articles from the Kaleno archive recommended for follow-up reading.
